Acting as a high-level liaison between the Prime Contractor & the Government to ensure total contract adherence, minimize rework, and resolve quality disputes.

Serving as the mandated DQCM for Design-Build (DB) projects per UFGS 01 45 00.15 10 to oversee A/E deliverables.
