Disaster Recovery & Base Rebuild ($144M): Oversaw comprehensive quality control, production, and EM 385-1-1 safety compliance for a major USCG restoration project in Puerto Rico following severe earthquake and hurricane damage
Classified OCONUS Secure Facilities ($77M Combined): Directed ground-up construction of highly secure facilities, telecom spaces, and extensive ATFP measures across multiple overseas locations, enforcing strict ICD-705 standards.
High-Security Naval Infrastructure Overhaul ($20.8M): Managed the complete QC program & design management for complex mechanical upgrades, coordinating daily with government stakeholders to navigate rigorous security protocols and ensure zero disruption to base mission capabilities.
Federal Healthcare Expansion ($13.2M): Led the overarching QC program for a VA hospital specialty attachment, strictly enforcing the three phases of control and federal healthcare construction regulations.
Special Client ATFP Upgrades ($1.4M): Executed critical security enhancements; Implementing ATFP protections, RF shielding, and SCIF upgrades in direct collaboration with NAVFAC engineers.
Naval Aviation Trainer RF Shielding ($2.4M): Successfully executed critical RF and ATFP shielding installations, coordinating daily with NAVSEA on this complex, first-of-its-kind regional shielding project while ensuring strict ICD-705 compliance.
